How to Send in Your Money

Congratulations!

You have finished your event and are now ready to pass CHF all the hard won money to help heart children and their families.

If you have raised your money online:
All funds will already be with us.  You just need to let us know when you have finished your fundraising, so please call on 020 7422 0630 or email us. Thank you!

If you did not raise money online:
You now need to get the amount of money you raised to CHF:

• Collect your sponsorship forms together - in order for CHF to claim Gift Aid on the money raised, which adds 28% to the value at no extra cost to you or your supporters, we need to have the names and addresses of each individual GiftAiding sponsor; we can’t just GiftAid as a lump sum in your name. If it’s easier for you, you can scan and email your sponsorship forms.
• Count up all the money you have raised
• Bank the individual donations
• Make the donation to CHF:
  -  Post CHF a cheque for the total amount made payable to Children’s Heart Federation + sponsorship forms + your contact details, or
  -  Make a credit card donation by calling 020 7422 0630. We will need a hard copy or scanned file of your sponsorship forms.  You can also make credit card donations online.
