Here are a few ideas about what you could get up to in your local community:

• Book sale – ask people to donate their old books for sale and donate all the proceeds towards helping heart children
• Car boot sale – clear out all your old clutter and sell it at a local car boot sale
• Barn dance – invite everyone along to have a giggle at your dancing skills
• Coffee morning – a great way of meeting new people whilst helping your favourite cause
• Pub Quiz night – gather in your local pub for a quick quiz
• Car wash – the good old ‘washing cars’ is always a great way of raising both money and awareness
• Bag it up – ask your local supermarkets if you can bag people’s shopping and ask for a donation for your time
• Fundraising Boxes – let us know if there’s space in your local area for our fundraising boxes and we can send them out to you.
• Fete - invite the community along to a fete in the local park.
