At Work

Here are a few ideas for how to fundraise at work:

• Swear box – make sure that if someone commits the crime, they can pay for it
• Sponsored leg wax – see who can brave the pain
• Cake/sandwich sale – don’t go to the canteen today; sell homemade cakes and sandwiches instead.
• Sponsored no caffeine – see who can go the longest without their daily coffee boost
• Late for Meeting box – you know who will never be on time!
• Payroll giving – donate directly from your pay packet
• What a difference a day makes – donate a day’s pay
• Come Dine with Me – create your own version of the show and take turns to host a dinner party.  Ask for a donation to take part
• Spot the baby - embarrassment guaranteed when you collect everyone's baby photos. Charge people 50p to guess their identities.
• £5 draw - each person writes their name on a £5 note. The winner gets 25% of the total and the runner-up gets their £5 back. With 40 participants, that's £50 to the winner and £145 for your event fund .
• Dress down at work – ask everyone to donate some money to wear their own clothes to work.
