Group Members enjoy a summer picnic organised by CHF

The Children’s Heart Federation is the umbrella body for voluntary organisations working to meet the needs of children and young people with congenital heart conditions and their families.

We aim to improve the quality of life of people living with congenital heart disease by providing information and working to gain recognition of their needs and ensure adequate resources are available to meet them.

We campaign to achieve change in areas where CHF member groups have common concerns by:

• Finding and promoting solutions to shared problems.
• Developing effective partnerships between our member groups and others who share our aims and want to work with us.
• Supporting member groups to help them develop strong voices and effective service.
